Do you accept insurance plans?
Some of our clients have received a portion of their care from GHT covered by their insurance. We will provide you with a superbill at the end of appointments upon request so that you may contact your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We do not submit paperwork to your insurance company on your behalf.
Can I use my HSA/FSA card?
Yes, many of our patients have successfully used their HSA and FSA funds to purchase their consultations at GHT, as well as lab kits.
Do you charge an annual fee?
No, we do not have an annual membership fee or any hidden fees associated with GHT.
Do you offer in person appointments?
In light of the pandemic, we currently offer phone and telehealth video appointments. You can schedule your appointment here.

What can I expect outside of nutrition counseling?
Katie is one of about 30 nutritionists world-wide that are certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). This training is the identical training to all medical professionals that attended IFM. This means she has extensive training and experience with both traditional and functional lab work, supplement protocols and lifestyle protocols. The largest difference in working with GHT versus a physician is that we do not prescribe medication or treat emergency or acute medical conditions. We recommend you continue working with your primary care physician alongside our care.

You will work through individualized diet and lifestyle plans which will all be accessible to you in your own private patient portal.
